Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the smooth onboarding of new employees by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions. Support offboarding procedures as needed.

  • HR Administration: Help maintain and update employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Documentation: Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee verification letters.

  • Employee Engagement: Contribute to organizing company events, wellness programs, and other employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

  • Policy Support: Provide support in researching and documenting HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-2 years with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior internship experience in HR is a plus.

  • Familiarity with professional networking sites like LinkedIn.

  • Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
